Premium Dental Implants

The absolute gold standard for permanent, natural teeth restoration

Advanced Restorations

Why Choose Dental Implants?

A dental implant is a small, bio-compatible titanium post placed securely into the jawbone. It acts as an artificial root that fuses naturally with your bone over time, creating a strong anchor for custom-built porcelain or zirconia crowns. Unlike traditional dentures, implants prevent jawbone resorption, preserve facial contours, and allow you to chew, speak, and laugh with complete confidence.

At Smile Castle, we use advanced 3D CBCT digital scans to evaluate your bone density. Dr. Sneha Sharma maps placements digitally to ensure a completely safe, minor surgical procedure with virtually zero discomfort.

Types of Dental Implant Solutions

We provide tailored configurations depending on your clinical conditions and missing teeth status.

Single Tooth Implant

Ideal for replacing one missing tooth without touching or filing down adjacent healthy teeth. Consists of one titanium post, an abutment, and a custom crown.

Multiple Tooth Implant

For multiple missing teeth in a row. Multiple posts support a fixed implant bridge, eliminating the need for uncomfortable partial acrylic dentures.

Full Mouth Rehabilitation

Advanced All-on-4 or All-on-6 protocols. 4 to 6 implants support an entire arch of 10-14 teeth, permanently restoring look, speech, and full bite capacity.

Real Benefits

The Advantages of Dental Implants

Natural Aesthetic & Feel

Implants look, function, and feel exactly like natural teeth. You can brush and floss them normally.

Prevents Bone Resorption

Without roots, jawbones degrade over time. Titanium implants stimulate natural bone growth to maintain facial framework.

Lifelong Durability

Unlike dental bridges that fail after 5-10 years, dental implants fuse permanently and can easily last a lifetime.

100% Restored Chewing

Eat hard foods, apples, and nuts without worrying about slipping dentures or sensitivity issues.

The Dental Implant Process

Here is what to expect during your implant journey at Smile Castle Dental Clinic.

Phase 1

Initial Digital Scan & Evaluation

We perform a comprehensive digital checkup and a high-resolution 3D CBCT scan to evaluate the bone structure and thickness of your jaw. Dr. Sneha Sharma drafts a precise virtual plan for surgical positioning.

Phase 2

Implant Placement

A minor surgical procedure is carried out under local anesthesia. The titanium implant post is placed precisely into the pre-planned bone target. The procedure takes under 45 minutes and is fully painless.

Phase 3

Healing & Osseointegration

Over the course of 3 to 6 months, the jawbone cells grow around and bond with the bio-compatible titanium surface. A temporary aesthetic restoration is provided during this transition.

Phase 4

Abutment & Custom Crown Fitting

Once fully fused, a connector post called an abutment is attached to the implant. High-precision digital impressions are taken, and a beautiful custom Zirconia crown is fabricated and fitted.

Most patients report that placing an implant is much easier and less painful than tooth extraction. The procedure is performed under local anesthesia, so you feel absolutely nothing. Mild soreness post-surgery is easily managed with simple pain medication for 2-3 days.

With excellent oral hygiene, regular flossing, and clinical scaling checkups twice a year, dental implants have a success rate of over 95% and can easily last a lifetime.

Generally, any adult in reasonable health who has sufficient jawbone thickness is a candidate. For patients with bone loss, minor procedures like bone grafting or sinus lifts can be done first to create a secure foundation.
